A fun time was had between two creatives as we discussed light and shadows in our different art mediums. Born and raised in Quebec City, Louisiana-based, Rebecca Godin Poole, creates beautiful painted canvases of Louisiana landscapes. Reb Godin, as her followers know her, has her artwork featured at The Foyer, an art Gallery and unique home furnishings store in Baton Rouge, LA. She paints commission pieces beyond what the Foyer displays, is finishing an undergraduate degree and enjoys life with her two beautiful daughters and husband.
I wanted to share some of the fun we had together at her branding photo shoot here in this blog post. We were at Rebecca's home and I couldn't wait to take pictures in this bright, modern and minimalist living space. Impressively tidy for having little children running about!
I told her to work on her piece and I'll just make some beeping noises with my camera and asked for permission to step on her furniture to get some good angles.
Don't you just love the behind the scenes? Our dear friend, Taylor, was with us at this photo shoot and I want to thank her for taking some shots of me working! I took maternity portraits of her as well in this "studio living space".
Here are some highlights of Rebecca's brand photo shoot.
